Shopping & Orders

How do I shop online?

Click Shop Online to browse the menu, add items to cart, and choose pickup or delivery where available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you carry premium/craft products?

Yes. Check our Craft & Premium pages for curated flower, vapes, and concentrates.

Pickup

How does pickup work?

Order online, choose pickup at checkout, then bring government-issued photo ID (19+) to pick up.

How long do you hold pickup orders?

We hold pickup orders for 24 hours before cancelling and restocking.

Can someone else pick up my order?

The person picking up must be 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID and the physical card used to pay for the order online.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Napanee and Bath.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fee varies based on location and will be confirmed at checkout.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. A 19+ recipient must be present, and we cannot leave orders unattended.

What ID is required?

Government-issued photo ID is required to receive a delivery (19+).

Loyalty & Discounts

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes. Earn points with every visit. See the Rewards page for details.

What discounts do you offer?

5% Students, 5% Staying Young (50+), 10% Emergency Services & Military (active/retired), and 25% off on your birthday (in-store). Discounts cannot be combined; best eligible discount applies.

Returns & Product Support

What is your return policy?

See our Refunds & Returns page for full details. Cannabis products are generally final sale except for defects/recalls or order errors.

What if my vape cartridge is defective?

Keep the packaging and receipt and contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
